Grandma Emily's New Mexico Chile

Grandma Emily

a dozen broiler roasted Anaheim chiles. (be sure to remove most of the ribs and seeds)
+
2 cans of original style Rotel
+
one head of garlic finely chopped
=
put all above into a saucepan and bring to a simma.  et voila.

Serve over eggs or mashed potatoes...or both.  I could eat buckets of it.
